Today I wrote a post for the Munich Artists website and their weekly newsletter which focused on tips for collecting emerging and regional art. I wrote a short comment about price, productivity and uniqueness. The page is part of a series I'm creating for the site about selling and collecting art in the digital age.

As for the pumpkin in my photograph, I took this shot to accompany a recipe I made for metabolic balance. This photograph shows the beautiful orange of a piece of pumpkin but I don't consider it art. I took it to go with the recipe not as an art project. I wrote a blog post on Munich artists about the subject of commercial art as fine art and we discussed this topic in the Munich Artists Group on Facebook.
